In Garbatella, Blind People's Day is being celebrated, and Sonsei, having become blind out of necessity, frames the Cesaronis by cheating them as usual. Meanwhile, Marco, with Francesco's help, decides to force fate for once and declare his love to Maya. Meanwhile, Mimmo decides to pose as Justin Bieber to help Belinda and thus teach Matilde a lesson.
