They regularly host large dinner parties to bring together people of differing backgrounds, and at times have fed as many as 150 people. They make the most of their cramped, overworked kitchen, but they are more than ready for a change. They have a commercial range that a neighbor donated to them collecting dust in the garage, so Licensed Contractor James Young comes up with a plan to finally get it inside and make it the focal point of a highly efficient, commercial style kitchen.
