First, in Macon, Georgia, Carole and Bob Lovett make connections to their 1908 mansion's prominent past. Then, a weekend visit to Galveston, Texas, results in Karl Lewis purchasing a 1914 house that was once owned by a popular local pharmacist. Finally, long-forgotten treasures from Virginia City's mining days are discovered by Deb and Trevor Thomas when they search through piles of boxes, trunks and personal items left behind in an abandoned building that came with the purchase of their 1880s house.
