Three South Africans are transformed into proactive individuals. The three participants all have a dream but at the moment they are unable to attain that dream for various reasons. It's For Life aims to equip these three with the necessary life skills to achieve their goals and teach them more about the country they live in.

The ParticipantsThree participants, chosen on the basis of specific shortcomings in terms of improving their social and professional lives move into a house to learn life skills relating to communication, goal setting and conflict resolution. Charles Shabalala is unemployed, well-spoken, drop dead gorgeous and wants to be a movie star. He lives with his mother and struggles to make ends meet. Anthony Almeida is a cabinetmaker who lives with his family and 11 dogs. He has been stuck in the same job for 11 years with no salary increase in that time. Rochelle Davids is an administrative clerk who likes to dance on tables, paint and go skydiving.
