Three South Africans are transformed into proactive individuals. The three participants all have a dream but at the moment they are unable to attain that dream for various reasons. It's For Life aims to equip these three with the necessary life skills to achieve their goals and teach them more about the country they live in.

The ChosenThree new participants leave their daily lives to go through a series of frustrating and thrilling challenges to find out more about themselves. Nini Mabe is a confident Tswana woman who grew up on the dusty streets of Mafikeng with a close-knit family of 11 children. Conrad Potgieter is a streetwise survivor who has never had support from his family. Jan Tieties is from the disadvantaged traditional San, born in the Kalahari and has spent all his nomad life there.
