Three South Africans are transformed into proactive individuals. The three participants all have a dream but at the moment they are unable to attain that dream for various reasons. It's For Life aims to equip these three with the necessary life skills to achieve their goals and teach them more about the country they live in.

Haajirah Abrahams is a devout Muslim who works in an Islamic boutique in Bonteheuwel close to Close Town. Thabo Mboneni is a young man who is who is passionate about issues related to HIV because he mother died of an AIDS related illness. He live with his grandmother in Queenstown and dreams of becoming a draftsman. Faith Kalipha is from Soweto and has worked in a supermarket for the past two years.
