On this latest foodie adventure, James and Paul discover a wasabi farm, a rarity outside of Japan, Paul visits an old friend - a local honey producer - while James cooks overlooking the dramatic backdrop of Slieve Gullion - the highest point in Armagh.
The day comes to an end with a trip to Lough Neagh, where Paul takes to the skies in a microlight and James goes eel fishing with some of the locals. Finally, James uses his catch to rustle up some delicious fish cakes.
