On the recommendation of his secretary Myra Jason books into a health clinic run by elderly Dr. Wilstein and the seemingly benign Dr. Litz. However it becomes clear that the clinic is a front for something very sinister. Captive secret agents are sent there to be brain-washed by Dr. Litz and when Jason witnesses the murder of one he is drugged and put in a very perilous situation with only Myra likely to save him.
