S1 • E136 Mar 2, 2010 24mFraser tells Gangadhar that Sleeman would like to meet him. Sakhubai taunts that Manu has brought ill-luck. Motibai defends Manu. Aaishri humiliates Motibai instead. She tells Motibai to leave. Gangadhar Rao declares Manikarnika as the Queen of Jhansi, and should be honoured and respected always. Aaishri tells Manu that she will teach her how to behave as a queen. Manu is pleased to see the grandeur of the palace. Moropant misses his daughter a lot. Even Manu misses her family and wonders how she will live without them. Jankibai worries that the British will declare Gangadhar Rao as the king. Sakhubai asks Manu why she is not ready to attend the court proceedings. When Jankibai and Sakhubai taunt that she is not invited to the court, Manu gets an invitation from Gangadhar to attend the royal court.
