Chief Locker asks Zena to contact Johnny on the Police Dimension Communicator, to relay news of the Sky City Police Force's unsuccessful attempt to bring in Nero. Minutes later, Johnny arrives at Roman Island, where he is captured by Nero's henchmen. Nero pits Johnny in a gladiatorial contest against a man with four arms and the strength of four men.
