Everybody’s preparing for the ceremony when a storm strikes. To make sure Great Gran Gran’s celebration goes ahead, Gran Gran has a plan: they might not be able to have the ceremony at the original location, but they can surprise Great Gran Gran by having it in her garden and inviting the mayor and all their friends. The surprise is a success: Great-Gran Gran loves her party, and everyone enjoys having a chance to celebrate and dance!
