In this episode, Jon and Kate take the kids to a local bakery to personally decorate their very own birthday cupcakes. The only problem is Mommy and Daddy won't let them eat their special treats until after dinner! Now as four-year olds, will the sextuplets be able to exercise patience or will their love for a sweet birthday treat get the best of them?
