Ben, Francesca, Hannah and Oliver follow up this tricky technical challenge with a historic show-stopper when Allegra and Nadiya ask them to recreate a moment in history using biscuits. They not only have to bake robust and perfectly flavoured biscuits but they also need to construct their 'moment', if they are going to make history and make it into the quarter-finals.
