Bakin struggles with his studies as he takes over full-time duties in goal as the team begins its preparations for the playoffs. Vadim Yuryevich helps him out. Meanwhile the Bears have a meaningless (for them) game to play before the playoffs begin. A representative from their opponent for that match makes Vadim Yuryevich an offer he cannot refuse. Misha's grandmother is taken to the hospital for heart problems. It turns out she needs surgery. Dima misses playing hockey and his relationship with Vika changes. Vadim Yuryevich offers Olga a job as the team's "press secretary," which of course means she and Anton will get to see more of each other.
