A tragic fall divided the life of circus gymnast Veronika Savoyskaya into "before" and "after". In the past - a stellar career, a beloved husband and a long-awaited pregnancy. Now - a wheelchair, despondency and loneliness. Finding herself practically at the bottom, Veronika is trying to find the strength to rebuild her life: learn to walk and return to her profession. Meeting the legendary gymnast Leonid Piylatov, who once lifted himself out of a wheelchair, fills her with confidence that she will again be able to shine under the dome.
