Though he lost Zero, Baku continues his mission to rescue Nem. Nurse Haru then reveals a surprising truth about Nem's disappearance to Baku.

Having found the dreamer's Mind's Door, Baku begins pursuing the Wolf Nightmare. However, Nox blocks his path and transforms into Kamen Rider Nox. Baku also transforms into Zeztz, and the two Riders finally clash!
