The European elections in May 2019 are supposed to be a turnaround for the SPD's poor poll ratings. Kevin Kühnert is on the campaign trail, touring from local association to local association, from talk show to interview. On May 1, barely three weeks before the European elections, the weekly newspaper Die ZEIT published an interview with him: "What does socialism mean to you, Mr. Kühnert?" The interview triggers a shitstorm. Episode 2 of the six-part documentary series.
