About three young people who happened to be together. And in a very good location - a huge apartment in the very center of Moscow with access to the roof and a breathtaking view of the city. The heroes decide to open a hostel in the apartment - a budget hotel. They have everything to succeed - the organizational skills of one, the design talent of another and, of course, the apartment itself. What will come of it? Only they know, well, a grumpy neighbor - a former ensign - who will do his best to prevent this business idea from taking place.
