Cameras follow a day in the life of Bernie. A young man who grew up fascinated by commercials in the 80's. He was so inspired he decided to open his own "local" advertising agency with the dream of one day being the best of the best. Whatever actual knowledge, or expertise on advertising he lacks, he more than makes up with heart and passion, even when what he's doing can technically get him in trouble with the law.
