Castillo seeks revenge on Vitale for his brother's death and has his ex-wife and daughter kidnapped. The inspector, with Lamberti, sets a trap to frame him. Battiston, Ciccone, and Sciacca manage a crisis at a call center, where an armed former employee is holding colleagues hostage. Costa, shaken by Vitale, forgets Bianca's hearing, but the two develop an understanding. Gabriele, seduced by Desiree Malinconico, continues his undercover mission, but Vicky catches him with her.
