While Gabriele reports the arrival of a large shipment of cocaine, Vitale returns to the police station and, with Lamberti, searches for Malinconico's method of evading security at the port. Sciacca and Ciccone investigate the murder of a coach, possibly linked to an affair with the mother of a young soccer player. Vicky writes to Gabriele, but the message ends up in the hands of Desiree. Sciacca fears for his health, but Battiston supports him. Castillo is about to leave Italy: to capture him, Vitale suggests posing as his prey.
Marciano and Coppola investigate the poisoning of an elderly woman's dog: the woman suspects her neighbor, but only when he ends up in the hospital do the two officers begin to believe her. The suspect is untraceable. Meanwhile, Giulio runs away from home after his foster parents refuse to let Bianca see him. Matteo senses his colleague's intentions and confesses his feelings to her.
