Dr. Ryan (Donald's top scientist) comes to the academy to test "his" latest project, which turns out to be Chase's project that Donald passed along without giving Chase notice or credit. Meanwhile, nearing the end of the school term, everyone at the academy is advancing to the next color level. All, that is, except sweet-souled Bob, for whom Bree and Adam enlist Perry's aid to see that he toughens up and passes.
