After experiencing stress, Ladynina suddenly begins to tremor in her hands. He can no longer operate. Ilya is offered to take the post of deputy chief physician for clinical and expert work. Ladynin is ready to refuse - this is not at all what he wants to do - but suddenly realization comes: this place is an opportunity to figure out what went wrong in the treatment of his wife.
