Episode 4Dongxi meets Qijia, who was punishing her students for trespassing. Jealous about Boming’s popularity, Ma Houdao spreads rumors about him but no one is bothered. After a fight with her adopted mother, Keli decides to leave for Korea with her biological mother. Boming intervenes to stop her. - Episode 5E5
Episode 5Boming mistakes Keli’s mother’s intentions, who truly cares for Keli. However, Keli realizes her adopted mother’s love and decides to stay instead. Episode 7Qijia attends private tuition classes with Dongxi, who misunderstands him and nearly calls the police. Zhi Yuan gets blackmailed after selling a lost phone. Over reunion dinner, Boming and Dongxi share their pain of losing loved ones. Boming’s illness worsens, and he temporarily loses sight while stopping Zhiyuan from committing a crime. - Episode 8E8
Episode 8Boming regains sight and keeps quiet about his brief blindness. He tries to help Zhiyuan but gets rejected. Jealousy stirs when Qijia, who is also Boming’s old friend, draws close to Dongxi. Boming confesses his love but requests Dongxi to wait for another 6 months. He makes a visit to Zhiyuan’s house, but notices a gas leak. - Episode 9E9
Episode 9Boming saves Zhiyuan and his father from a gas explosion, injuring his hand. He still prepares Dongxi’s favourite popiah despite it, and Dongxi is moved. Keli encourages Chengzheng to pursue his love interest. In contrast, Jinghe bullies Changfen and even breaks the law. Jinghe’s mother begs him to turn himself in. - Episode 10E10
Episode 10Boming encourages Changfen to protect himself by becoming stronger. Xingyue participates in a table tennis competition but gets blamed by her peers for being honest. Jealous of Dongxi and Qijia, Boming insists on joining them for rollerskating despite being bad at it. Chengzheng conflicts with Yingmin, who slaps him in a fit of anger. - Episode 11E11
Episode 11Zhiyuan gives Chengzheng a condom as a birthday gift, but it falls out during a fight between Chengzheng and Yingmin. They turn out to be mother and son. Outcast student Xiangyun is revealed to be an influencer, and everyone ridicules her about it. Dongxi and Boming’s affection grows, but Qijia drunkenly calls her one night, hinting at a hidden truth. - Episode 12E12
Episode 12Dongxi supports Xiangyun who is cyberbullied, and encourages other students to befriend her. Qijia invites Dongwei to collaborate and make a business with his artwork. Chengzheng stands up for a bullied student but ends up being chided by Ma Houdao, who is shocked to know about Yingmin’s identity. Over dinner, Boming affectionately kisses Dongxi. - Episode 13E13
Episode 13Dongxi discovers Boming’s link to her parents’ accident. Outraged, she chases him away. She finds out that Boming has been quietly helping her throughout the years, but finds it difficult to forgive him. Chengzheng grows a liking for Keli but suppresses it for Zhiyuan. Boming moves out and Dongxi is devastated. They soon receive news that Zhiyuan has drowned. - Episode 14E14
Episode 14Students fake a drowning incident to help their teachers reconcile. Their attempt fails and Boming lashes out at them. Feeling unjust, Chengzheng steals Ma Houdao’s car. Boming shares the responsibility and punishes himself. Class 501 stands together in solidarity as well. Yingmin finally announces her relationship with Chengzheng to all. - Episode 15E15
Episode 15Xiuhui claims to have seen a ghost in the toilet, but Dongxi later confirms that it was just a moth. Through an experiment, Boming teaches 501 that the start of life does not define its end. Meanwhile, Dongxi reconciles with Qijia. Xiuhui claims that she has lost money. Keli becomes a suspect, but Zhiyuan takes the rap. - Episode 16E16
Episode 16Boming trains 501 for a charity run. It is revealed that Xiuhui has lied about the lost money, exposing deeper underlying problems. Boming hides about the death of Keli’s biological mother. Class 501 gives their all at the charity run, displaying camaraderie. Dongxi picks up a stack of poker cards with ominous threats in school. - Episode 17E17
Episode 17With just 50 days left, Boming encourages all to prepare for their exam. Dongxi discovers that Changfen has a talent in math, thus tries ways and means to help him to participate in the Math Olympiad. Dongxi and Boming find out that Xiuhui has been molested by her uncle, but dismissed by her mother. A video of Boming slapping himself goes viral. - Episode 18E18
Episode 18A victim that Boming bullied during his teenage years forces Boming to repent publicly. He admits his past to the students, and reminds them not to repeat his mistake. Changfen missed the opportunity to participate in the Math Olympiad by one mark. Xiuhui runs away from home, but calls Boming for help in the middle of the night. Keli blames Boming for killing her mother. - Episode 19E19
Episode 19Boming saves Xiuhui from assault but ends up falsely accused of taking advantage of a student. His reputation is ruined but Xiuhui does not dare to tell the truth. To protect Xiuhui, Boming keeps mum and resigns. Before leaving, he encourages 501 to treasure their fortune and work hard for themselves. Yet, he soon becomes gravely injured. - Episode 29E20
Episode 29The class of 501 bids Boming farewell, but Boming ends up injured while saving Zhiyuan from an attack. Everyone is worried for Boming and requests for his position to be reinstated. Students of Class 501 report to school for their final exams. At their graduation ceremony, a special guest appears.
