Stephanie and the kids join Mayor Meanswell's scout group and they go on a scavenger hunt but Robbie Rotten disguises himself as a scout master and replaces the hidden treasure with junk food. Soon Robbie and Sportacus become trapped underground in a recycling machine and it is up to the kids to help Sportacus and Robbie get out before they get crushed by the machine.
