August is not looking good for Alice. Overdrawn at the bank, she cannot afford to go on vacation and so decides to take acting classes. She is stunned when she meets her teacher: he is Laurence’s perfect doppelganger! Despite his long hair and glasses, he looks just like the police officer’s identical twin. When a young actor collapses during a class and turns out to have been poisoned, the coach, Herbert, is the prime suspect. Naturally, Laurence loathes the man on sight. So who does Marlène inevitably fall head over heels in love with? Laurence’s double, of course!
