Since KWOK CHING is unmasked, SUK-WAN is losing support in the election and SIU-KA helps her by offering suggestions to resolve the problems. CHEUK HOI plans to arrest SUK-WAN on the election day but SUK-WAN is missing suddenly. CHEUK HOI visits KA-KEUNG and persuades him to change his mind.
