At the library, Little Bill and Monty check out a great dinosaur book. As they're leaving, Monty rolls down the wheelchair ramp, pretending that he's a flying Montysaurus. Little Bill joins him as a flying Little Billasaurus. Back at Little Bill's house, the boys decide to play dinosaurs in the backyard.
