Mr. Edwards is left in care of a baby orangutan named Blanche, whom Mrs. Olesen wants destroyed after it attacks Nancy at school. Willie helps Mr. Edwards with a plan to fool his mother and sister, but when Mrs. Olesen finds out about the ruse, he orders the sheriff back to finish the job.
