Ken is a Millennial who is making a way for himself in the entertainment industry, he has a real love for performing, singing, acting, and getting on stage is his thing. Recently his roommates moved out which left ken with a 2 bedroom apartment that is in need of a major spruce up and redesigns. His busy life leaves him no time and to do the sprucing up himself. He is in need of a space that will allow him to entertain and to continue to host his open mic nights at his home. Jake and Jazz have big ideas on just what it will take to make Ken's place represent his eclectic style. Jake brings in a row of refurbished theater-style seats, while Jazz brings in some unique pieces that accent Ken's style and love for performing.
