Kirstie came up with a cunning plan to convince Ed over to Team Love It, but compromises had to be made to ensure they didn't overspend. Meanwhile, Phil had £450,000 and three stunning properties up his sleeve, but were they enough to sway Lexie? In Scotland, Heather and Tim's seven-acre property in Lothianburn, south of Edinburgh, lent itself to their lifestyle, but the dysfunctional layout didn't, and Tim was ready to list it.
