1960-1976 Denmark has not always been a small, happy, rich country. And our prosperity did not come about by itself and must not be taken for granted. In this series, Liv Thomsen gives voice to Underdanmark, the other half, those who lived in the shadows, far from the hard floors and nice bourgeois homes. This time it's about the young girl Jackie. She is a prostitute in Vesterbro. While Denmark becomes a welfare state, she lives the rough life among the criminal scum and city bums of the time.
