After a morning stroll in the Enchanted Forest, Sparkles is helping William with some rhymes for a song he's writing. But all of a sudden she can't stop herself rhyming with everything William says! They call the Magic Doctor of the Enchanted Forest who discovers Sparkles is infected with a condition called "Rhymatism". Will he be able to cure Sparkles in time?
