Rohaniza (Sharmaine Arnaiz) and Yasser's (Richard Quan) family chose to live in Manila so they could have a better life. Things turn into a shocking twist when their son RamRam (Dentrix Ponce) went missing in the hands of their housemaid Ula (Liezel Lopez). Years have passed by and RamRam was renamed "Joshua" by his guardian Mary Jane (Yasmien Kurdi). Believing that his son is still alive, Rohaniza came looking everywhere to be reunited with RamRam, even asking help to the media.
