Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid are summoned by Madame Web and Doctor Strange to find shards of the broken Siege Perilous that was destroyed from Kid Arachnid's fight with Ultimate Goblin. Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid end up in a Victorian New York inhabited by vampires led by the Lizard King and his supposed ally Wolf Spider. Spider-Man and Kid Arachnid team up with Blood Spider to cure the inhabitants of their vampirism.
