Judges presented twelve ingredients to the home cooks and explained each item. They let the cooks pick one ingredient. Tamannaah chose Immunity challenge winner Sourabh as the first to pick up the ingredient. Those who selected their ingredient were also asked to select the next person in the queue. Those who got fruit were selected as team captains and were allowed to chose team members under the guidance of the judges. Each team had to make a dish within an hour using the ingredients they obtained. Also like a relay match, each team member would only get a quarter of the total time for cooking. Team Blue (Kamal, Anupama, Anusha and Nazimunisha) won the challenge and went into the balcony. The rest had to deal with more challenges in the next episode.
