The Mystery Box Challenge required the contestants to cook a vegetarian dish. Jennifer, Adrien and Alejandra were placed in the top 3 for their dishes, in which Jennifer won. For the Elimination Challenge, the contestants had to replicate a southern dish from the cookbook of season 1 Mastechef winner Whitney Miller.
