When 69-year-old Salem, Massachusetts resident Robert learned he had a rare blood cancer called blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN), he and his wife, Valerie, found it hard to share the news with their children. But Medical Stories shares how Robert's son, Ross, gave him more help than he expected by volunteering to become a donor for his father.
