Melodifestivalen 2003 was the 43rd edition of Melodifestivalen and Sweden's selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2003, which was held in Riga, Latvia. The competition consisted of a tour consisting of four rounds of eight entries each, the Viewers' Choice heat and finally a final where the winner, "Give Me Your Love" by Fame, was crowned.
