S3 • E50 Nov 9, 1994Bored with the rustic life in the province, Carmen anticipates the letters of childhood friend Jessie who relates his exciting experiences in the city. When Jessie's mother dies, Carmen lives with Jessie who promises to marry her and to provide for her family's needs. It was an ideal setup for Carmen until she moves in with him and discovers his atrocious side which, in her innocence, she could never have imagined.
