Sally comes out of her flashback disoriented, as Steck challenges Milgram on his new patient, who will be making her first visit that day. Distracted by office administration, Dr. Milgram is taken by surprise as his assistant Pam users in new client Sally Lemm, who doesn't "really want to be here..." Off to a rocky start, Milgram and Sally begin to discuss her issues, but are interrupted by a surprise visit from Dr. Steck. After her first visit, Sally surprises Milgram by handing him some papers, and telling him she thinks something weird is going on.
