U.S. Navy veteran Chris Hixon served his country during Operation Desert Storm and Desert Shield and deployed to Iraq as a reservist in 2007. After surviving combat service, Chris lost his life while heroically defending students and teachers during a mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School on February 14, 2018. He is survived by his wife Debra and their two sons, Thomas and Corey. It's easy to work up a sweat in South Florida. So, our friends at Yoli are looking out for the makeover team by offering hydration stations. City Furniture is about to make the Hixon house feel like a true home. They're supplying everything for the Hixons. All of this new landscaping needs to be watered perfectly. That's why we're installing a brand-new irrigation system from Rachio. In addition, NewDay USA, a veteran-focused mortgage company, contributed a very special project to memorialize Chris Hixon's service, sacrifice, and heroism for years to come. Furthermore, the Hixon family's story has prompted an outpouring of support from many different sources. Up next, one of America's great brands, Jockey, heard the call and said they want to help.
