Military Makeover with Montel offers hope and a helping hand here on the home front to members of our military and their loved ones. Talk show legend and military advocate Montel Williams, a veteran of both the Marine Corps and the Navy, leads the Makeover team's mission. This special series enlists conscientious designers, contractors, landscapers and other home improvement professionals to transform the homes and lives of military families across the country.

E1Military Makeover West Palm Beach LoBrutto Family Part 1Adam LoBrutto and his wife, Rebecca met in April, 2008 Since then, they have been inseparable. Adam has served in the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman for 17 years between Active Duty and Reserve. In September 2008, he was mobilized for deployment, and in March of the following year, he left for Iraq. The tour was cut short, however, and his unit returned home on July 4, 2009. Despite this short tour, and the fact that things were relatively "slow" while he was there, Adam came back suffering from hyper vigilance, night time paranoia, and insomnia. In 2013, he left home again, this time for 9 months in Bahrain. Today, he continues to work @ the VA as the Veterans Outreach Program Specialist with Readjustment Counseling Service, a specialty within the VA for Combat and Military Sexual Trauma Veterans.
