After a decade of mourning and professional purgatory, she has just landed a dream job in Abu Dhabi. One night, Claire is having dinner and sees Gabriel's reflection in a window.

In the panic of the alarms going off, she has to neutralize Grasset, steal the Nexus and escape with Gabriel's help. When they get back to Abu Dhabi, they discover Asgard's agents killed Jeanne, Claire's only friend.
