Tad is afraid of Robert Farmer because he has white hands like King Friday XIII; he thinks all people with white skin are mean. Robert Farmer explains that people can have similar skin colors but be completely different on the inside. Robert Farmer goes to the king and explains that he can be a respected monarch while also being a kind, gentle man.
