Edgar Cooke takes over the switchboard for Miss Paulificate because she would like to take a walk. She gets an organ grinder and a toy monkey from the Museum-Go-Round and has her hat stolen by Lady Elaine Fairchilde. Later, King Friday XIII discovers that she is away from her post.
