In this installment, Dr. Roberto Redfern, in a struggle against the clock to create a vaccine for the "Mocos" virus, injects his newest scientific concoction into human experiments, who have bravely and selflessly donated their live bodies over to medical science to find a Mocos cure. With one of the last subjects, complications ensue, birthing Hyena Hunter, a monstrous stealth killer, who eventually becomes as big a threat to humanity as Mocos itself.
