Train along side some of the world's sexiest and fittest models as they guide you through what it takes to get you that perfect body. They will give you an inside look at how models keep in such great shape. Our personal head trainer Chelsea will keep you motivated, with workout tips, techniques and nutritional advice.

As you work your upper body and pectoral muscles, your chest gets firmer. This workout tones up your muscles, giving it the support and lift that it needs.
