S11 • E2 Apr 25, 2019 42mJames and Adam Price are on their first ever Nordic odyssey and the team has now reached the east coast of Sweden - a true paradise for food lovers. The menu is Biff a la Lindström and in Skærgården we managed to get hold of a whole pike-perch prepared with spinach and onion roe hollandaise. In Carl Larsson's home, Limpa and Gubbröra are prepared and deep in a large Swedish forest, elk stew and blueberry soup are to be eaten.
