Ricky tries to prove how tough he is and shoots himself in the foot, literally. While he may be accustomed to the privacy of Western hospital wards, the Traad family is used to smothering their wounded with food, gifts and quality time. He wonders if his foot will heal before he dies from lack of privacy.
